Very caring coaching staff
Good looking gym in a very nice suburban area.
The quality and feel of the equipment is so great, you can tell so much time went into handpicking each piece and set.
Can't go wrong with this place.
Great facilities which include two FULL size training rooms and a caged area for private lessons, a pro shop with great quality t shirts /merchandise and of course bathrooms, showers and a Sauna room +water tanks for refilling your bottle.
They have all the different kinds of classes available and lots of different options for time.
Great place, solid people.

I could go on and on, but if you want to start working out and are scared of the gym, elite MMA is the best, even if you are already in shape and just want to pick up a hobby like Mauy Thai, ju jitsu or boxing, I HIGHLY recommend this place
