I have had a passion for music and singing since childhood. From the age of 5 I have been performing in choruses, productions, bands and worship teams. I graduated from Florida International University in 2005 with a Bachelors in Vocal Performance. During my senior year of college I began teaching private voice lessons and quickly developed a love for music education. Since then I have taught chorus, musical theatre, music appreciation, theory, acting and voice in public schools, private schools, music schools and at my home studio. In 2020, I devoted myself fully to teaching voice lessons through Avesani Voice Studio. I love that I get to enrich the lives of my students by building their confidence and helping them achieve their goals on the stage.
