Atos Austin is so much more than a Jiu Jitsu academy. Atos is a great place to get in shape, learn Jiu Jitsu, and make friends. No matter what your goal is, Atos Austin will help you achieve it. I had already been training for 7 years when my family moved to Lakeway. Jiu Jitsu had been a very big part of my lifestyle, so when we moved it was important to me to find a quality academy.
