I have been training at Asgard since late January of 2021. I love this place. Coach Hall, the owner, is a great man and very encouraging as well as accommodating to anyone who walks in those doors. The kickboxing coaches Justin and Tanner are top notch and always willing to help. They always give tips and encouragement every session. Pretty much anything you need is provided , just come in gym clothes and a good attitude and you'll have a great time. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and there's a trial period so if you decide it's not for you, you're not out anything. Trust me, you'll love it.

This class is super inclusive, everyone is so nice and extremely helpful and the instructor Scott is knowledgeable and explains things in a way that easy to understand.
