We strive to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all students and family members in Sherman. Integrity, honor, and respect are hugely emphasized, with students being encouraged (and even held accountable) to maintain high standards of character in their daily lives.

The class has improved his self esteem and defensive training has given him the confidence he will need to defend himself if the situation should arise.
They have great programs for both kids and adults, whether you’re a beginner or well into your martial arts journey, Rick Arnold and his instructors will instruct you and/or your kids in a positive, non-judgemental, uplifting way.
I will be forever grateful to the Arnold's, not only for their friendship & support, but also for helping my son becoming the young man that he is.
