Arena Fencing Academy in Waldwick NJ provides excellent coaching and a friendly club environment for kids to adults learning or returning to epee.
To Anastasia I owe a special thanks to not just identifying issues with my technique, but helping me recognize that my mindset itself was better suited for a completely different style of fencing, and then teaching that style to me in great detail.
As a parent I believed it was important to have my daughter try as many sports and activities as possible to see which she enjoyed and may also be good at; fencing quickly became one of her favorites surpassing many other "favorites".
After visiting a few other fencing schools in the area I signed up my son to start fencing classes here and he's excited to start lessons.
Coach provides excellent epee instruction at reasonable price.
I give the Arena Fencing Academy 5 stars because the instructors are the perfect balance of friendly & firm!
