The workout was awesome - I felt challenged and strong.
Great vibe, welcoming staff, fantastic instructors, beautiful space and well-planned, intentional and challenging classes.
The instructors had great flow, I got a super thorough workout, they both took care pre-class to talk to me about any injuries, and we did moves that were not the same old boring thing.
I love that even for the beginner classes, the instructors offer modifications you can add to your workout to make it more challenging.
Melanie is a wonderful instructor who challenges you while also encouraging you to listen to your body.
I come to town from la all the time and take a classs whenever possible.
