I felt so comfortable and welcomed, the coach is amazing and does such a good job explaining things.
Instructors very professional and front desk staff was amazing.
We got the 10 class package for my 8 year old since we will be here for 6 weeks.
Makes sure you feel welcomed and get caught up to speed.
Phenomenal work out and instruction
They have a really robust class schedule and you can learn everything from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for kids and adults.
My son is coming from a backgound in taekwondo, and I can easily see that training here will bring his self defense skills to another level.
We enjoy the balance of skill building, discipline, and fun!
I really enjoyed working with Patrick in the fundamentals class and look forward to learning more!
The culture here is incredible and every student I’ve trained with is more than happy to take extra time to help explain techniques that are new to me.
