Great teachers
I didn't really know what to expect walking into an unfamiliar place full of guys I dont know, but they meet you where you are.
Mostly to expand his knowledge and to keep him busy I find the place to be great and the coaches to be great.
Great coaches and not only do they strive for physical health but there is a big emphasis on respect and accountability.
Family friendly for all ages in mixed martial arts and self defense.
I would recommend this gym to any other family or anyone in general that wants to get in shape and learn MMA Positive Communication, Quality, Professionalism, Value
