Tai Chi Basics ("TCB") was developed by Sifu Alvin Ricardo "Rick"Little. By learning TCB, students improve their balance, flexibility, respiration, coordination, muscle tone, and over all well being. Sifu Rick's Tai Chi Basics can be learned and practiced by people of all ages. Most of his students have been between the ages of 30 and 70 years old, but he is happy to be able to state that some of his students have been over 80 years of age.

The kids aren't pretend fighting here, they're taught how to control their own bodies and to prevent other people from controlling them in a non-violent way.
This studio is top notch, and the instruction is serious yet the students have fun learning.
Sensi Tony is patient, understanding, relaxed, knowledgeable and great at sharing that knowledge.
