Brian keeps great equipment and atmosphere.
The gym has gone through some updates and new equipment changes which definitely made this gym even better.
The facility is unique in the design as it has an outdoor area for more privacy with weights and bags, an area inside for lots of free weights and wide variety of cable machines and cardio equipment and you can jump on one of the 30+ bags available inside where you can find the ring and professional top notch boxing trainers.
Great facility, looks like good classes if you’re into that or there are plenty of bags to hit plus equipment for an open gym session.
Everyone is pleasant, we are like a family of gym rats!
Moreover, they have great coaches for beginners to professional level.

The fact that they let a guy who put his bank account over fighters long term health or this gym being a legit boxing program is unforgivable but after almost every boxer left, the gym owner clearly learned from his mistake so he deserves props for that.
I am the type of person that needs direction and to be pushed when working out, the trainers are awesome and will push you through your workout.
