I joined Ramya mam's classes because I had a childhood dream to learn Bharatnatyam. She is a very well skilled instructor, who is deeply passionate about dance. Her love and dedication for her craft is evident in her performances and in the recent book she wrote combining her two loves - dance and architecture. In fact, I had joined after I saw a few of her performances on youtube. The best part is that I have never felt out of place even in a room full of young kids learning the dance, as she knows how to make her students understand the basics despite the age group they belong to.
