It's always clean and quiet, the staff is very nice and knows you by name, and best of all, there is enough space to do high-intensity training and more than enough free weights, unlike most gyms that focus more on machines.
The group classes (from the coaches that teach it & the familiar routine faces that participate) are super fun and motivating.
You have to try the classes.

I took one step into this place and was blown away by the cleanliness and the organization.
There's lots of empty barbell racks, great machines, clean water, platform barbell set ups, great lifting attachments including cuffs, lots of pull down equipment, great staff and trainers who are amazing at lending hands, this is a great gym!!!
Juan always has a smile on his face and is eager to welcome as I walk in.
I love that they have a window that looks into the main gym area so I can peek in and discreetly check on them.
