She coached me and helped me create a repeatable, physical choreography with my breath-work that I knew I could not only use in my performance, but could fall back on in case my prep work, substitution, imagination, emotional recall, etc.

It was a total emptied closet, mad women scene of the two of us in the studio but we nailed the images and she helped me with the emotion and stories behind the looks to really make them my own and all using her same tools.

I know I've grown personally and professionally as I've applied the techniques I've learned in class to real-world acting jobs and auditions.
