For years, I tried a number of places to continue learning MMA; however, it never worked until I found Professor O'Keeffe.
They provide a safe, neutering environment that allowed my daughter to feel comfortable immediately.
Finally she has found her thing and we know it's in part to the amazing professors and environment 5150 Martial Arts creates for the children.
The professors of 5150 have gifted that to me, encouraging me at each turn, accepting where my abilities are and always knowing and expecting that I can exceed that.
Professors O’Keeffe and Shapiro are wonderful instructors who genuinely care for not only skill development, but also the wellbeing of everyone that’s part of 5150.
My son has been here since he was 4 and not only has it helped with his discipline but it’s helped maintain his focus and his ability to follow directions.
As parents we love that the teachers are attentive and able to adapt to the ever changing environment with the children’s classes.
We decided to sign him up at 5150 Martial Arts and in the short amount of time he has been attending, it has been a game changer.
