Though they stock some really nice Hayabusas, which is my current favorite brand since my cottage women’s glove brand got crushed by the pandemic.
I had no workout habit at all and thought I’d be destroyed but Cathy is so nice to anyone despite their skill levels.
He has also had such a vast improvement in his mood and ability to focus on his school work.
I love the sparring classes and kickboxing classes this place is the best
The instructors are all fun and knowledgeable and give such great advice without being overwhelming .
