I’m not exaggerating when I say you may see incredible strength gains when you make this ONE adjustment to your training. Instead of trying to complete each rep as fast as possible, focus on contracting whatever muscle you’re working on and proceed to the next rep. It’s going to feel very different and by different I mean hard as hell. Yes, it’ll take longer to get through the reps but you’ll have to do LESS exercises for that given muscle group to see progress….well you truthfully won’t be able to do too much after doing this Minimum effective dose stays true and so does the hard work. Don’t run from it!
