Don your best ball gown and come be whisked away to Regency Era England as Sway Dance Chicago transforms into an elegant royal ball. Attendees will be entertained with food and of course, DANCE! All will be invited to participate in dance lessons of styles from the era into the night. The feast shall commence promptly at 7pm. Dance lessons will begin after 8pm and this unique, one-of-a-kind social experience will last until your feet can no longer hold you. Let yourself be swept onto the floor and Sway the evening away to classical music (and of course, some classical music covers). Mesmerizing performances will give your feet a rest throughout the evening. And we do mean dress your BEST, as guests will compete for the Queens favor. Who will be crowned the diamond of the ball? Bring your favorite electronic painter, as we will have wonderful backgrounds for immortalizing on canvas. Make haste with your invitation as tickets are limited, and will go quickly. Tickets will be on sale soon. Guests are encouraged to bring any drink they wish to consume, and if in the mood, some to share, just make sure YOU’LL be there!

FAQs
How much do lessons cost?
Group classes are $55/person for a 4 week session. Private lessons can be purchased one at a time or in packages: 1-4 lessons: $85/lesson 5-9 lessons: $80/lesson 10-19 lessons: $75/lesson 20+ lessons: $70/lesson
Do you have a dress code?
Our Assistant Teachers have a dress code: dark jeans, Ballroom College t-shirt and dance shoes. We do not have a dress code for students, but we do have some requirements: 1) Shoes must be clean and dry to enter the dance floor. 2) No sandals or flip flops allowed. 3) Please wear shirts or dresses that have sleeves, even if short sleeves. No tank tops allowed.
Do lessons expire?
All lessons expire after one year from the purchase date. If you are unable to use your lessons, you can contact the studio manager to discuss transferring the lessons to someone else for a $30 transfer fee. This decision will be made at the studio managers discretion. If you have purchased 60+ lessons at one time, your lessons will expire after 18 months. We do not offer refunds for unused lessons.
