Students can reserve a class through MindBody up to 7 days prior to the scheduled class. Out of courtesy for your instructor, please cancel 90 minutes prior to the class. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class. Doors open 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and are locked at the start of class. Late entry is not permitted.
