I have been to other gyms previously trying to do things on my own. I found this place based on the website and I am so happy I did. These two, Ryan and Amber, challenge me beyond what I think I am capable of...that's what good professional trainers do. There are some training sessions where I wish I could quit and ask why I even came in today...but that is what the challenge is and I wouldn't be able to do half the things I can do now two years ago. This gym is what everyone needs, two people who are dedicated to the craft of getting you stronger mentally and physically. And the gym family encourages and supports.
