Inspiring and knowledgeable instructors.
She is so motivating and inspirational💜
The space is charged with positive energy, give it a try!
All the teachers/coaches/instructors are so compassionate, individuals with extremely spiritual elevation (you can see it and feel it) and so professional in what they do, and what they teach.
All of the teachers are so knowledgeable and they made me feel safe going back to yoga with the pandemic.
You’ll leave sweaty and likely with a new friend.
They make you feel right at home and encourage everybody to follow and grow their own practice.
Well, I have to admit I was one of those people who was convinced hot yoga was not for me and couldn't possibly understand why people did this, LOL.
The space has great energy and there hasn't been one class that I didn't love!
Jhaleh and her instructors are focused to bring peace, awareness and positive energy to anyone who attends the sessions.
