As a novice, Yoga with Shawna makes you feel at home😊 It's a great place for beginners and seasoned Yoga practitioners.
Shawna, and everyone who is a part of the studio are super knowledgeable in everything the give!
Now I go four days a week and never want to miss it.
The teachers are great, location is perfect and each class is different, but you get all the benefits, and come out of class feeling renewed and awakened.
