One class with Mindy, I knew that I found a place that I would want to stay and practice yoga .
I originally went to Yoga Time due to lower back pain from practicing Dentistry for 38 years and riding horses for 14.
It was a great experience and I highly recommend this studio.
I look forward to those Monday, Wednesday and Saturday classes every week.
Money well spent, so enjoyable & relaxing, couldn't have asked for a better class.

If you just want a physical practice you will be well served, but if you are open or looking for more you will find the opportunity to develop a meaningful mind/body practice as well.
When you walk into Yogatime, there's a sense of community - that we are all there for the same reason - whether it's to heal, give back to your body, or simply have some time to get some deep stretches in from the amazing instructors who are passionate about the practice of yoga.
