Sentiment Analysis
I've only been twice - once for restorative yoga and once for sonic massage and both were very lovely, relaxing experiences - would happily do both again.
The classes and workshops are amazing, the owners and instructors are all wonderful.
Nice place for beginners, as the teaching is very gentle and open to all levels.
Each class is so different and the instructors are very accommodating.
Was recommended the sonic massage, and honestly didn't know what to expect when I booked the couples massage.
Amanda has it very comfortable in there and full of different amenities besides yoga.
The atmosphere was soothing and friendly, the instructor was obviously passionate about her class and the other students were open and engaging.
The classes are always well planned and the owners always make you feel welcome.
Amanda and Colten are the owners of Satya (which means "truth"), and they both were very welcoming and showed me around the studio (which is super cute and homey) that's been around for 7/8 years now.
They have free (donation) community classes, mobility impaired and trauma informed classes, meditation focused classes, and power pilates - plus much more.
