I never thought I’d be one to enjoy meditating but this place changed my entire perspective.
I have been going to Yoga Sol for about a year and a half and the studio offers a wide variety of classes from a 6 am Hatha flow to gentle restorative evening classes to sound healing journeys and private yoga and healing sessions.
I recommend to my patients often to help them build strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
If you love yoga or just want to start this is the place to go!!!!
