Yoga Now is not just a yoga studio located in the heart of Chicago, it IS the heart of Chicago. A place to reload my energy, recenter after a busy day at work, heal and recover from physical injury and mental exhaustion, and a place of never-ending learning and understanding how body and mind work together. I have practiced yoga and enjoyed the great variety of yoga and meditation styles offered at Yoga Now for many years; from discovering my own limits in Forest Yoga classes, to drifting off into different spheres during gong baths and reiki meditations, to finding inner balance and focus during Hatha classes, always leaving the studio with a smile on my face and a feeling of endless energy.

Sentiment Analysis
Fast forward to moving to Chicago and looking for a holistic place to practice (the core power type of “sports” yoga didn’t appeal to us), and we realized that the Yoga Now studio was just a short walk away.
That put me at ease since it was my first time experiencing this type of a massage.
Other yoga studios may be newer and trendier, but this is the place for yoga as it's meant to be –– a practice that centers your body, mind and heart.
And I never feel pressure to be at a certain level or that I'm not doing enough.
Amazing teachers and atmosphere, I feel like I'm floating after a class.
Cool vibe and the services are great.
Both Amy and Alyson did a fantastic job creating a accepting and tranquil atmosphere for a beginner.
We were a small gathering of women all seeking to awaken our inner feminine through the use of sound healing or bija mantras, muscle lock exercises called bandha and mudras which are hand gestures to help activate and heal our chakra bodies.
She was very helpful and got me water and cough drops as I suddenly got a dry cough massage.
Some of the best Yoga in Chicago, massages are awesome and the vibe is great.
