Yoga Now is not just a yoga studio located in the heart of Chicago, it IS the heart of Chicago. A place to reload my energy, recenter after a busy day at work, heal and recover from physical injury and mental exhaustion, and a place of never-ending learning and understanding how body and mind work together. I have practiced yoga and enjoyed the great variety of yoga and meditation styles offered at Yoga Now for many years; from discovering my own limits in Forest Yoga classes, to drifting off into different spheres during gong baths and reiki meditations, to finding inner balance and focus during Hatha classes, always leaving the studio with a smile on my face and a feeling of endless energy.

Sentiment Analysis
I’ve been coming to this place essentially since I moved to the city and all of their massage therapists are excellent.
Although I have moved to the suburbs, I will still be driving back to the city to attend classes at Yoga Now
Restorative with Emma is an exceptional experience where you will feel supported to do less and blanket more; you will leave feeling deeply nourished and rested…10/10, recommend :)
Mara is an extremely knowledgeable, kind & helpful instructor, especially for someone like me who has knee & hip issues!
Cannot say enough positive things about Yoga Now and highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their yoga, or even just to find more peace in the day-to-day.
When I moved to Chicago, I was looking for a studio that had a variety of practices and unique teaching styles.
Amy is a lifelong practitioner and her studio reflects that across Yoga classes, massages, and workshops.
They're great at communicating - after not being sent a link I was re-credited a class pass and received a lovely email from Amy.
My first yoga studio experience, and I absolutely loved it!!!!!
The owner, Amy, has created a well connected community offering something for everyone with various levels and types of yoga classes, workshops, and even massages.
