While I appreciate power yoga and yoga that goes into the world of “exercise yoga” I love finding studios and teachers that are more pure about the classical practice and still keep it challenging and fresh.
Will definitely go back again!
I have been to a few other yoga studios in river north, but liked them the best because of their instructors and smaller class size.
As someone who has been in and out of yoga inconsistently for years I was worried and intimidated I wouldn’t be able to keep up.
Still coming every day if I can.

Have been multiple times during work visits and finish the week with mind-clearing candlelight session.
