Every instructor is fabulous, they work with each client at their level in small group classes or privately.
They took special care to help me with form so I was able to get the maximum benefit from each exercise.
I have practiced with Melissa for about 6 years and love her style.
This boutique gives the us privacy we enjoy away from that big club environment.
