We specialize in working with adults who simply aren't satisfied with their current level of fitness. Our typical client is either gymphobic or over 40 (or both) and is interested in feeling better, having more stamina, maintaining or working toward a healthy weight and being able to continue doing the things they enjoy. To be honest, we don't train athletes or body builders and we aren't weight loss counselors. We simply help people consistently workout and provide useful information to help them reach their goals. Our efficient 30 minute trainings are different every time and focus on improving strength, balance and flexibility.
