I realized after Westchester Yoga's Yoga teacher training program how thorough it is. I left the training being able to confidently teach. I understood the philosophy of yoga and how much more there is. When I spoke to other recent grads who choose other programs, they did not have half as much as what I got from this training. The most important being, I found my people LOL. I had direct contact with the faculty and they were accessible, encouraging and loving. ”

I am so grateful that the studio transitioned to a virtual platform when the pandemic hit, allowing all of us to continue our practice with the kind, lovely teachers who are part of Westchester Yoga Arts.
The energy in the studio is exactly what I'm looking for; polished, but not too polished; professional and organized, but connected and personal.
I love love love the Zumba class especially Saturday mornings with Lauretta!
