She is highly skilled, capable, an excellent example of her living philosophy, and a great teacher and presenter. Christi is the bomb and always has awesome practitioners instructing the classes including herself
The classes are small and intimate which makes it easy to learn with little to no experience.
I also had a successful PDTR session with Christi a couple of weeks ago for lower back pain.
I was in Loveland visiting my daughter and wanted to catch a yoga class.
In my sessions with her she takes care to explain everything she’s doing and why, which I so appreciate.

She has a heart to help others find their best expression of movement, not just in a yoga class, but how that translates to everyday life.
