
Chef Maggie, a native of upstate NY, has a background in both fitness and food. She moved to Denver, CO in 2010, earning certification as a Sous Chef from the American Culinary Foundation and becoming a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). With experience in various roles in wine bars, catering, management, and waitressing, she honed her skills to launch her successful catering business "Mezcla Maggie. " After 5 years, she sold the business to pursue her passion for travel, eventually partnering with Tyler to start ViDa Eats in Denver, CO. After a few successful years catering they finally have the opportunity to move into a brick in mortar where "LeClare's Patisserie" is being birthed-- COMING SOON to Denver!

Maggie catered our 2022 Holiday party during the worst freeze/storm of 2022 and pulled out a miracle.
We learned how to make delicious macaroons and got to experiment with different flavors and colors.
She’s exactly the right balance of an expert who advises and someone who truly listens and works with her clients to make a plan.
Loved learning about the art and science of making bon bons and truffles and Maggie has tons of knowledge and passion plus is a fun instructor to boot!
We're still enjoying the spectacular chocolates we made together, and are so impressed that we're booking more classes with her right now.
I hired Vi Da Eats for my 30th birthday which was a 1920s themed murder mystery party and they absolutely delivered.
They brought our wedding cake vision to life and added their own decorative flare (as per requested that they have fun with it).
