My 9 year old daughter and I have been training with Mr Phipps at the previous location for almost 3 years. We immediately followed him to his new MMA school Valor when it opened last month. The new location is full of natural light, has a large open floor with lots of new equipment and a welcoming atmosphere.

Would recommend to go if it’s close to you even though the fighting level itself is not very good,the atmosphere and people are very nice and welcoming.

His energy, dedication, and passion made this class one of the best classes I've ever taken (and I would consider myself a serious fitness enthusiast).
In addition to regular classes our kids have participated in all the extra programs such as birthday parties camps and parents night out.
We moved out of NYC and miss the Little ninja class so much.
