Uplift Yoga
I began practicing yoga almost 4 years ago and really enjoy it. At the beginning of my practice I checked out multiple studios and although I enjoyed all of them I truly felt like I was a part of a family with Uplift. It's hard to explain, but after practicing there for a week I felt a change mentally and physically. Everyone from the front desk, the teachers, and even other students were all so welcoming and friendly. I also love the wide variety of classes offered from beginner, gentle, and advanced. I loved the studio so much that I decided to celebrate my birthday there with friends and family. Overall I am happy to be a part of this studio and I highly recommend checking it out as you will feel uplifted after your first visit!
