Universal Athletic Club
To make a long story short, I eventually got on track by joining Universal. At first I was just working out by myself and that wasn't working. I was really out of shape. I signed up for a Thrive Class once a week but it was very difficult. I decided I needed a personal coach and that really helped. I started to make progress. My weight went down to 207 and I started to jog again. I now attend two Thrive Classes a week, hit the Circuit Training Room twice a week, and try to run for 40 minutes twice a week.

Sentiment Analysis
I just joined after taking advantage of the 3 day trial (used it twice).
The only downside is that it can get very busy during the common exercise times.
Most of the people coming here are very friendly and it has all of the equipment you need
Girls like their swim instruction and have become stronger swimmers.
Liked my three day pass.
So far I’ve lost about 7 pounds which is 12% of my goal but that is much more progress that I’ve made in the last multiple years so I hope to continue to come here and work out with my friends to lose weight.
Major pros- Nice facility, pool, multiple classes included, kids gymnasium, smoothie and food bar, friendly staff, and location (for me).
Michael does a great job at adjusting workouts for people who have limitations in Thrive.
The staff with the children are also amazing, professional and keep everything clean.
I have been going to Universal for at least 6 years, the last 4 as a participant of the Thrive program training with Elisse Gaydos.
