I have been to a few gyms before and have never come close to a gym as unique as Unity.
5 - 2 hours, so you get more time to drill and roll than your typical 1 hour class which I really like.
Prior to coming here (a smaller female), I had a lot of anxieties and concerns, but after the first class, I was hooked.
