
For the past 6 months of practice, I have noticed the difference in myself. My personal issues are still there, but I only stressed out on occasions which makes my physical being better. Also, through meditations, I now can better manage my emotional well-being.

Not only that she is a charming person whose main purpose is to help everybody, but the outdoor place where the meditation took place was breathtaking as well.
The Sunday afternoon I walked in to Corina’s class, I was stressed beyond words because of personal issues which affected my physical and mental well-being.
Each and every one of them is so excited for their yoga experience each month, they look forward to it, invite friends, and talk about it in between out sessions.
