In addition to new puppy-mom demands, I am noticing some shifts in what clients need from me, in the ways I connect and deliver as Turning Light. I am reviewing some exciting new threads for Turning Light. (Hint: based in Polyvagal Theory in case some of you have heard of this… essentially how to support much better regulation of our autonomic nervous system. ) Healing the world is a clear “Begin Within” and that's what we are about at Turning Light.
