I highly recommend CC whether you’re starting new or just need a jump start to your old routine.
You're definitely going to be sore as hell after a workout session with him but that just mean's its working!
CC also takes the time to educate his clients about food and the underlying issues that may be contributing to their difficulties with weight.
He always motivates me to work harder and keep going even when I think that my body can't lift the extra five pounds he gives me.
His workouts are always different and he modifies each work out to your personal needs.
The support and knowledge he has given to me during our time training together is irreplaceable.
