If you're looking to be in competition or gain confidence in all aspects of life check this gym out!
Love the workouts, the camaraderie, the variety of classes for different skill levels, and the care of coaches and instructors.
Some people (myself included) may feel awkward and lost when they first start at this type of gym, but the coaches there are very encouraging and willing to answer any questions and help someone who is new, any way they can.
Just came in for my first class of muay thai kickboxing, and immediately was made feel comfortable.
Trials has everything from jiu jitsu & wrestling to boxing, kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts.
At 40 years old, I never thought my body could attempt some of the things I’m doing but I’m doing 11 classes a week that include enduro kickboxing, woman’s grappling, jui jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, and grappling tech.
