It is another martial art we offer that originated from Korea. What makes Hapkido unique is that it is a softer style martial art focusing on circular movements. Hapkido is very practically centered, and focuses heavily on teaching it's practitioners how to defend themselves in the street, or protect themselves from falling.

My taekwondo kids are 10, 7, and 5 and they each arrived at TBBA with very different levels of maturity and previous taekwondo knowledge/skills.
The Masters and the instructors have lot of patience, they give individual attention and ensure one learn very well and understanding the reason for every move that one will be learning.
My son has been training here since the beginning of the year and I can't say enough good things about this place!

I trained at another martial arts school for years until I got my brown belt, then I decided that I needed more challenge so I switched from karate to taekwondo!
