Sentiment Analysis
All abilities are honoured and considered and the website is easy to use.
You can decide if you want to focus on your neck, shoulder, back, upper body, lower body strengths breathing techniques mindfulness its works well for me and doing my job I find myself sitting up in my chair at my desk I focus more on my breathing.
Many other online yoga teachers run 'beginner' courses which are far too advanced, assuming certain levels of fitness, flexibility and prior knowledge of poses, then whizz you through sequences at speeds which are simply unachievable if you don't practice yoga regularly.
I found the Yoga Room on Youtube and could not say enough good things about them.
They are inclusive, supportive, and made me enter in a world I thought I couldn't because I didn't have the right body, but I was just doing the wrong yoga for me!
I live on the other side of the country and would never be able to attend class in person, but have found their online options to be a great way to join the studio.
Not long after I signed up to their online classes and although I don't get to do the classes live due to the time differences and the fact I'm working when it is love, they send me the recordings so I do not miss out.
I thought she wasn't being realistic about my abilities until I found Yoga for bigger bodies with Zelinda and Denise on You Tube.
There is a nice mix of physical challenge, mindfulness practice and learning about how the practice benefits you.
Wonderful (virtual) yoga classes - focused on being accessible to all bodies.
