The Yoga Garden

To the outside observer, some of the classes may seem like a piece of cake, but you'd be surprised how engaged your muscles and core are even when doing seemingly basic breath and stretching exercises.

Go to the Yoga Garden where Patty will help you explore yoga poses from the inside out, riding your waves of inhale and exhale while discovering your preferences, patterns and habits along the way

She starts by asking you to think of an intention for the practice and follows by a chant, she also finishes her practice with a chant/OM which I find absolutely beautiful (a beginning and an end)!

Everything about the Yoga Garden in White Plains is serene, fun, breath-centered, tranquil, and ideal for me.

I've been going to the Yoga Garden for years and am constantly learning from her.

She is a wonderful teacher; her approach has helped me be aware of how my body reacts to each asana, with full understanding of the pose and its direct relation to my needs.

I have been recently advised that Patty also does private sessions in her home.

Patty is an ingenious teacher changing my gait, breath and lighting up my spirit in every class.

Thanks to Patty’s breathing exercises, guidance, and support, I am learning to give myself more space, the freedom to explore, and to embrace the possibilities that open from within.
