
An hour-long yoga session practiced at a slow pace focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Instructors will use several props to safely walk you through deep stretching. Blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets will assist you as poses are held much longer than a normal yoga class. Poses are held up to 5 minutes.

I've done yoga and Pilates here and I absolutely love both but it really gotten into Pilates and if you're looking for excellent practices and training I highly recommend checking this studio out.
