The Seasoned Chef Cooking School has been successfully teaching home and recreational cooks in the Denver area for over 25 years. Under the direction of Executive Chef Dan Witherspoon, and his team of chefs, people of all ages will have the opportunity to gain confidence in the kitchen. In addition, we offer a wide range of ethnic styles and specialty cooking classes for every interest.

We were spread out around the “kitchen” so there was plenty of room for everyone to move around which was nice!
We tried the sag paneer and rice last night, along with a turkey curry based on her tandoor in an effort to use our Thanksgiving leftovers.
Catholic Health Initiative had a team building afternoon of cooking classes at our facility which was a lot of fun and very informative for everyone involved.
