Pilates is an amazing way to become attuned and aware of your body, core and how all the pieces work together -if we just strengthen and care for ourselves. During these last two months, my strength in my core has increased easily by 300%, which has made the pain in my back and sciatica almost subside entirely.
I would have given this membership up long ago, but the staff make it so easy to be a member on any level.
As a classical Pilates enthusiast, I consider this studio to be the ONLY place to get my almost daily Pilates “fix”.
And added bonus the studio community is great - so nice to go and connect with other people in this warm environment.
