This is a wonderful and truly authentic place to practice yoga. The instructors really know their stuff and do a fantastic job of including important aspects of yoga such as the yamas/niyamas and breath work into their asana practice. As a result, classes feel well-rounded and leave both mind and body feeling alive and rejuvenated. Owner Kelly is a kind, warm, inclusive and helpful person in addition to being an excellent yoga instructor. I attended a few classes while visiting Boulder and will be sure to be back here again soon!

As someone who doesn't like warm or hot yoga, I can practice at home at whatever temperature I want.
The monthly pass is only like $108 if I remember correctly, and it’s not a contract at all - you decide each time you want to start a 30 day unlimited membership and it doesn’t autorenew.
I really appreciate the zoom class option, they do a truly great job offering the class concurrently in person and remote at the same time.
Jamie started the class by asking if anyone had a special area that needed attention.
Brooke is an amazing teacher!
LYS cares about offering high quality yoga at an affordable price so that all people who wish to learn and practice, can.
I imagine it has been an incredible challenge trying to sustain a small business during the pandemic and balance the expectations of in-person and live-stream (virtual) audiences.
It was a perfect balance of cueing and time for meditation and reflection.

There’s a lot I don’t like about the space - too big and barren, wooden blocks instead of cork, cheap-feeling rental mats, classes are recorded, doors get locked at class start, instructors have very different takes on what the type of yoga they teach entails, 1 instructor is preachy/talkative and needs to check her energy before engaging with clients (come back into balance or do a self-check beforehand)… but there’s so much to like about this studio.
