The Dojo Martial Arts

Yesterday, because of the confidence he’s built, and the skills he’s learned, my third grader stopped a physical altercation at school using his voice to de escalate the situation and get a teacher’s attention.

Sensei Norcross as well as the other instructors and students were so welcoming and offered a friendly environment that emphasized on personal learning and growth.

From classical techniques to a more modern day approach, the Dojo teaches students about various situations and how best to protect themselves and their loved ones while teaching students to have confidence.

Knowledgeable teachers and practical self-defense that really works.

Everyone from the instructors to the more advanced students are very approachable and always willing to help others learn and advance.

Awesome place to be and learn.

I will have to say this is the Best place I’ve trained, It helps me Physically and Mentally, once you come here to train you will never want to go anywhere else, they have weapons, classical and modern Budo it’s never ending knowledge how can you not want to learn this Martial art!!!

I have made good friends and have had an outlet for growth (and it’s also amazing to pound some bags when my work gets frustrating - nice place to check out from the daily grind).

The couches and the dojo members are friendly, l do consider this place as part of my family.

My 6 years old daughter joined a few months ago and they both enjoy coming in here, get trained, and couched by such a great people where they learn the respect, have boundaries, and learn to protect themselves.
