It's a great workout and has given me muscles I didn't know I had.
I have been to a few different pilates places, but this lagree form is a lot harder and more effective!!
The benefits i have received from this Lagree Fitness method, at Body Lab, have become very important to my health and wellbeing.
They are challenging, but certainly doable and low impact enough to do multiple in a week and still augment with other workouts if you desire.
The workouts are superb -- the coaches are professional and offer modifications to raise/lower intensity based on individual fitness levels so everyone can have a positive and challenging experience.
You will feel a difference in your strength and posture in a short time.
